A whole Pig, roasted outdoors for a minimum of five hours, and basted every hour with our Chefs
"secret" ingredient, guaranteed to produce perfect tender Pork and crispy crackling every time..!!!
To accompany this we provide:
 Fresh locally baked bread baps
Jacket Potatoes baked on site
Salads and Sauces all freshly prepared
